These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website provided by Signature Keystone Property & Site Services (“Signature Keystone,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a DBA of Tiverton, LLC, operating as Tiverton Infrastructure Partners. By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.

Signature Keystone coordinates property cleanout, repairs, renovation, turnover, pre-listing preparation, documentation and related property and site services in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location, property condition, scope, access, permitting and scheduling.

Service requests may be submitted through this website, by calling 1-844-HAUL-DMV / (844) 428-5368, or through an authorized partner workflow. A property-review request is not a confirmed booking or binding proposal. All reviews, site visits and project dates are subject to confirmation.

• Website pricing and service windows are starting points only and do not constitute a binding quote.
• A written proposal or service agreement will identify the approved scope, assumptions, exclusions, price, payment schedule and estimated service window.
• Deposits, progress draws and final payments are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement.
• Payments may be processed through secure third-party processors. We do not store complete payment-card details.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoiced work is due according to the terms shown on the applicable invoice or agreement.

Concealed conditions, property access, measurements, code requirements, permitting, material availability and requested additions may affect project price or timing. Material changes to an approved scope will be documented through a written revision or change order and require authorization before the changed work proceeds.

• Provide accurate property, ownership, access and project information.
• Confirm that the person approving work has authority to do so.
• Disclose known hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, occupants, animals, access restrictions and association requirements.
• Provide timely selections, decisions, approvals and payments required by the project schedule.

Signature Keystone may coordinate authorized contractors, trades, suppliers, consultants and disposal or donation partners as required by an approved scope. Their participation, responsibilities and warranties are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement and law.

We take reasonable precautions to prevent damage during approved work. Any claim concerning property damage or incomplete work must be reported promptly and within the time stated in the applicable service agreement. We maintain insurance appropriate to our operations.

Hazardous materials—including asbestos, biological waste, chemicals, solvents and other regulated materials—require advance disclosure and may be excluded from service or referred to a properly licensed specialist. We may stop work when an undisclosed unsafe condition is discovered.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and refund terms are governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement. When no signed agreement applies, contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm available options in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, Signature Keystone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Any project-specific liability limitations are stated in the applicable written agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
